Amberlea Schnell Davis

Amberlea Schnell Davis was an eighth-generation Nevadan whose career in the law was rooted in the community her family had long called home. She earned a bachelor's degree from UCSD's Fifth College in 1992, a business degree from the Lee Business School, and her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.

Davis established her own law practice, where she was known for her fierce advocacy, clear counsel, and dedication to her clients. Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2009, she built a solo practice serving the Las Vegas community throughout her legal career.

A graduate of Rancho High School, Davis was active in civic life from an early age - she attended ALA Nevada Girls State in 1987, where she was elected Governor, and remained committed to the organization throughout her life. She died on September 4, 2025, at the age of 55.
