Brad R Godshall

Brad Robert Godshall was a distinguished bankruptcy attorney who built a national reputation over the course of his career. A partner with the firm Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, he specialized in bankruptcy law and was admitted to the Nevada bar in 1996. His practice earned him wide recognition among peers and clients alike.

His professional accomplishments were considerable. He was selected for inclusion in the 2005 - 2009 editions of "Best Lawyers in America" and in Chambers USA "America's Leading Business Lawyers" from 2004 through 2009. He held an AV Peer Rating, Martindale-Hubbell's highest peer recognition for ethical standards and legal ability, and was named a "Super Lawyer" in the field of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights in 2008 and 2009 - an honor bestowed on only a small fraction of Southern California attorneys.

An accomplished scholar, he graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1982 and summa cum laude from Juniata College in 1979. Known for his quick wit and his love of a good debate, both intellectual and spiritual, he was remembered by colleagues for his sharp mind and unwavering loyalties. He passed away on March 21, 2010, at the age of 52.
