Brandolyn C. Henderson

Brandolyn Cheyenne Henderson, née Dickey, was born on August 10, 1978, in Enid, Oklahoma. She earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University, where she was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority and maintained lifelong ties to its sisterhood. She went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she met her future husband before the couple relocated to Las Vegas following law school.

Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada on October 16, 2007, Brandolyn built her career in public service. She practiced primarily as a deputy district attorney in Clark County, Nevada, where she prosecuted child welfare and neglect cases - work devoted to protecting vulnerable children. She and her family made their home in the Las Vegas area for more than eight years.

Brandolyn passed away on April 22, 2014, at the age of 35. Beyond her legal career, she was remembered for her love of woodworking, reading, traveling, and cooking, and for the warmth and good humor she brought to those around her.
