Brian M. Fisher

Brian Mentley Fisher, Esq., was born February 8, 1946, in New York City and was raised in the Gowanda region of upstate New York by his parents, Harold Mentley and Elizabeth Fisher. He served his country in the U.S. Army, from which he was discharged in 1970. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree from Kent State University in 1975 and his law degree from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1979.

Brian built a successful legal career in Lima, Ohio, where he concentrated mainly on criminal defense and trial practice. He later passed the Nevada bar examination and was admitted to practice in Nevada on April 30, 2001, continuing his criminal defense work in Las Vegas for the remainder of his career.

Brian passed away on May 25, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is remembered for his dedication to criminal defense practice and for his role as an active mentor and counselor to others.
