Carl Frederick Huefner - 1952-03-11 to 2025-08-05
Carl Frederick Huefner earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Utah in 1976, and his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 1979. He was admitted to the Utah Bar in 1979 and to the Nevada Bar in 1980, beginning a legal career that would span more than 45 years.
Early in his career, Carl served as a clerk for Federal Judge Roger Thomas Foley in Las Vegas, Nevada. He went on to practice as an attorney specializing in business and tax law, dedicating over four decades to the profession and to the clients he served.
Beyond his legal practice, Carl was active in his professional community, serving as president of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference. He was remembered as a devoted professional whose long and distinguished career reflected the same care and diligence he brought to every part of his life.
