Charles Dee Hopper

Charles Dee Hopper was born on October 16, 1966, in Denver, Colorado, and was raised in Weatherford, Texas. He pursued an extensive education, earning both a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from Baylor University, a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City School of Law, and an LL.M. from Georgetown School of Law before relocating to Las Vegas to begin his legal career.

Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1997, Charles became an esteemed member of the Las Vegas legal community, building his practice in construction defect law. He began his career with Thorndahl Backus and went on to become a founding partner of Lynch, Hopper & Salzano, where he and his colleagues assisted countless Las Vegas and Hawaii residents with construction defect matters. He also served the state as a Deputy Attorney General for Nevada.

Beyond his legal practice, Charles was devoted to public service and conservation, serving as a board member of the Nevada Conservation League. He passed away on November 14, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada, remembered for his dedication to his clients, his profession, and the causes he championed.
