Christopher Jon Raleigh

Christopher Jon Raleigh was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada on September 27, 1982, and built his legal career in Las Vegas. He practiced with the firm of Dickerson, Miles, Pico & Mitchell, where colleagues remembered him as a mentor to younger attorneys entering the profession. Those who knew him described him as a tough and capable lawyer who made a lasting impression on the people he worked alongside.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Raleigh handled litigation on behalf of Union Pacific for many years, working on matters that took him across the country. Colleagues from around the nation recalled him as a great friend and respected professional who was widely admired within the legal community.

A native of Rutland, Vermont, Mr. Raleigh attended Christ the King School and Mount St. Joseph Academy before earning his degree at the University of Vermont. He died on January 15, 2012, at the age of 56.
