Brian V. Fitzgerald

Brian V. Fitzgerald was born and raised in Niagara Falls, New York, where he grew up as the son of Robert (Bud) and Irene (Urillo) Fitzgerald. Described as having a brilliant mind and an insatiable desire to learn and know more, he went on to attend law school on scholarship - the foundation for a legal career that would define much of his adult life.

Mr. Fitzgerald built his profession in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he lived for 36 years of his adult life and practiced law for roughly 25 years. Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1993, he was remembered by his family as an extremely talented and successful attorney in the Las Vegas legal community.

After a courageous and valiant battle with metastatic liver cancer, Brian V. Fitzgerald passed away in November 2015. He was survived by his wife of 35 years, Cynthia (Rydzewski) Fitzgerald, and by his children Dane, Jordynn, and Kelly, having been preceded in death by his son Ryan. He is remembered as a devoted family man and a respected member of the Nevada bar.
