Clyde Frank DeWitt III was a nationally recognized attorney who devoted more than four decades to the defense of free speech in courtrooms across the country. He began his career with seven years of service as an assistant district attorney in Houston. Over the following four decades, his practice took him from Houston to Los Angeles and, finally, to Las Vegas, where he was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2006. Throughout that career he became known as an awarded champion of First Amendment rights, litigating free-speech matters in courtrooms from coast to coast.
