David C. Amesbury

David C. Amesbury was a Las Vegas attorney admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1990. Over the course of his career he practiced in the areas of family law and criminal law in Southern Nevada, maintaining his own firm serving clients in the Las Vegas Valley.

Beyond his legal practice, Amesbury was a co-owner of the Courthouse Cafe at the Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas, operated under a Clark County contract - a fixture familiar to many who passed through the downtown courts. He was a recognizable presence in the local legal community during his years of practice.

Amesbury died on March 25, 2012, in Grass Valley, California, at the age of 57. He is remembered as part of the Las Vegas legal community in which he practiced for more than two decades.
