David Kay Rosequist

David Kay Rosequist was a Nevada attorney who practiced law for nearly four decades. He earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from Southern Utah University, graduating with high honors, and received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, finishing in the top third of his class. He further developed his trial skills through the Hastings College of Advocacy. Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1984, he established his practice in Las Vegas.

Over the course of his career, David built a respected reputation as a litigator, specializing in surety and fidelity law, transportation law, construction defect law, defense of insureds, maritime law, and the defense of design professionals. He served for approximately two decades as the managing partner of Bell and Young, Ltd., before launching his own firm in 2005, where he also served as in-house counsel for VTN Nevada, an engineering and surveying company.

David was admitted to practice before the Nevada Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the United States Supreme Court. He earned published opinions from the Nevada Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and he maintained a record free of ethical complaints throughout his legal career.
