David L. G. Bembas

David Lawrence Gerard Bembas was a Nevada attorney who devoted his legal career to representing injured clients. He earned his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University and pursued his legal education at Willamette College of Law and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2019 and to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada that same year.

David practiced as an associate attorney at D.R. Patti & Associates in Las Vegas, where he concentrated on personal injury, catastrophic injury, and traffic matters. He represented clients in cases arising from automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other premises liability accidents, successfully resolving numerous cases during his years in practice. Earlier in his career he worked across a range of legal fields - including family law, criminal defense, estate planning, and probate - though the majority of his practice always centered on personal injury.

David was a member of the Las Vegas legal community for the duration of his career and was remembered by his firm for his dedication to his clients. He passed away in 2023 at the age of 41.
