Denis F. Sheils

Denis F. Sheils was a shareholder at the Philadelphia law firm of Kohn, Swift & Graf, P.C., where he practiced for 33 years. An alumnus of LaSalle University, he earned his law degree from Fordham University's School of Law before joining the firm in 1987. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada on September 25, 2003.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Sheils handled a wide range of matters in state and federal courts, including securities and shareholder derivative cases, human rights actions, and trusts and estates matters. His colleagues remembered him as a dedicated and hard-working attorney with many accomplishments across a legal practice spanning multiple areas over three decades of service.
