Don Croft Tingey

Don Croft Tingey was born December 23, 1935, in Centerville, Utah. He graduated from The University of Utah in 1962 and went on to attend law school at George Washington University, graduating in 1966. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1969, beginning a legal career that would span more than five decades in Las Vegas.

Don established his law practice in Las Vegas in 1969, building one of Nevada's oldest personal injury firms. Over the course of his career he was widely recognized and respected in the legal community as an attorney known for his negotiation skill, his compassion for clients, and his unyielding integrity. A founding supporter of the Nevada Justice Association, he helped advance the interests of injured Nevadans throughout his practice.

In recognition of his contributions to the profession, Don was honored by the Nevada Justice Association with its Lifetime Achievement Award. He continued to be identified with the firm he founded until his death on March 3, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the age of 88.
