Eugene J. Wait Jr.

Eugene Jacob Wait Jr. was born on January 16, 1929, in San Joaquin County, California, and made his life and career in Reno, Nevada. He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada on October 25, 1957, taking his place among the members of the Nevada legal community as attorney number 1794.

Over the decades that followed, Mr. Wait devoted himself to the practice of law in Reno, serving clients across northern Nevada throughout a career that spanned more than half a century. His long-standing membership in the bar reflected a sustained commitment to the profession and to the community he called home.

Eugene Jacob Wait Jr. died on October 30, 2017, in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, at the age of 88. He was laid to rest at Mountain View Cemetery in Reno, remembered for a lifetime of service to the law.
