Frank Phelan

Frank Phelan was born on April 16, 1969, in Trenton, New Jersey. He graduated with honors from the Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey, and earned his bachelor's degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, in 1990. Before entering the legal profession, he built a career in finance as a stock trader and wealth management advisor with T. Rowe Price, Morgan Stanley, and Prudential in Santa Monica, California, and later served in the U.S. Peace Corps as a computer teacher to children in Belize.

Returning to his studies, Frank earned his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating in 2007 and gaining admission to the State Bar of Nevada that same year. He began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge Robert E. Estes of the District Court, Third Judicial District, in Yerington, Nevada, before serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Carson City, Nevada.

Frank subsequently returned to Las Vegas, where he practiced family law before establishing his own private practice, the Phelan Law Firm. A dedicated world traveler, he journeyed extensively through Europe, Asia, and South America. He passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 52.
