Kevin A. Fitzgerald

Kevin A. Fitzgerald was a Las Vegas attorney who passed away on May 17, 2014, at the age of 46. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, he earned his undergraduate degree from Tufts University and his law degree from Santa Clara University.

Early in his career, Kevin practiced with the law firm of Bingham McCutchen in Palo Alto, California. He later relocated to Nevada, where he was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2007 and devoted the remainder of his career to public service as an attorney for the Clark County School District, a role he held for seven years.

Colleagues remembered Kevin as a warm, kind, and positive presence - someone known for his ready smile and his genuine interest in the people around him.
