H. Gregory "Gregg" Nasky - June 9, 1942 to September 16, 2017

H. Gregory "Gregg" Nasky built a legal career that spanned three states, gaining admission to the bars of Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Hawaii. His path to the practice of law began in uniform: he served as a Captain in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1968 until 1972, including a deployment to Vietnam from 1969 to 1970, for which he was awarded the Bronze Star.

In Nevada, Gregg brought his legal training into the gaming industry, becoming a leading figure at Showboat, Inc. and several of its subsidiaries. He served as a director from 1984 until 1998 and as an executive officer beginning in 1993. His work extended internationally as well - in 1995 he was a Founder and the first Managing Director of Sydney Harbour Casino Holdings, Limited, a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Remembered as a kind and dignified man who was well liked and respected, Gregg later made his home in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he lived until his death. He is survived by Rosanne, his wife of fifty years, along with his siblings, nieces, and nephews.
