Jennifer K. Craft

Jennifer Ko-Kyong-Hee Craft was a distinguished Las Vegas intellectual property attorney who earned both her J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona and her M.B.A. from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management in 2001. Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2002, she began her career as associate general counsel at Agassi Enterprises and Alliance Sports Management, where she negotiated, drafted, and supervised compliance for more than $40 million in licensing and endorsement agreements for NBA and Association of Tennis Professionals players and Indy Racing League drivers.

Jennifer became one of the youngest partners at the regional firm Lewis and Roca and one of only three female partners in its Las Vegas office, emerging as one of the valley's leading entertainment law and intellectual property attorneys. She later served as an equity member of Dickinson Wright, where she was co-lead of the firm's Media, Sports & Entertainment practice in Las Vegas, representing high-profile celebrities and brands in protecting, licensing, and enforcing their trademarks, copyrights, and media rights. She also held leadership roles as a Practice Group Chair and Governing Board member, and was an active mentor and speaker with professional organizations including the American Bar Association and the International Trademark Association.

Widely honored across her field, Jennifer was recognized as an AV Preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and earned a Band 1 ranking in Chambers USA for Intellectual Property. She was named among the Top 250 Women in IP, a National Law Journal Trailblazer, and a West Trailblazer by The American Lawyer in 2021, and was recognized in Best Lawyers in America, the WTR 1000, and Super Lawyers. A breast cancer survivor, she passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 49 after a courageous battle with metastatic liver cancer.
