Jennifer Yturbide

Jennifer Ann Yturbide Carlini spent her adult life in service to others as an attorney and advocate for the law. Raised in a traditional Basque family and proud of her heritage, she attended grade school in Reno and graduated from Whittell High School with honors. She attended the University of Nevada, Reno and went on to earn a law degree from the University of San Francisco. After passing the California Bar exam, she practiced law for the State of California Court of Appeals before returning to Nevada in 1995 and passing the Nevada Bar Exam.

Jennifer worked as a Douglas County Deputy District Attorney for eight years, driven by a strong desire to uphold the law and to serve as a victim's advocate and champion. She also served as a Judge Pro Tem for both the East Fork and Tahoe Townships. In 2004, she left public service and entered private practice with the firms of Brooke, Shaw, and Zumpft and then with Rowe, Hales, and Yturbide. She additionally served as legal counsel for the Town of Gardnerville for several years.

Jennifer finished her practice of law as sole proprietor of the firm Yturbide Law. Over her thirty-plus year career as an attorney, she always placed the best interest of her clients first, primarily focusing on estate planning, family law, child custody, and elder care.
