Joe S. Rolston IV

Joe S. Rolston IV was born February 28, 1964, in Oklahoma City. He attended Putnam City High School and graduated from Oklahoma State University before earning his law degree at Oklahoma City University. He began his legal career practicing law alongside his father, and in 1993 he and his wife, Kim, moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.

In Nevada, Rolston practiced with two law firms and served in the state Attorney General's Office, and he later served as general counsel for companies associated with the gaming and construction industries. He was widely remembered for representing the Nevada Athletic Commission in the proceedings to revoke Mike Tyson's license to box in Nevada, appearing on Larry King and numerous national news networks as the attorney for the commission.

Colleagues regarded Rolston as a respected and talented general practitioner whose knowledge spanned areas of law from intellectual property to personal injury.
