John Palmer Fowler

John Palmer Fowler was born on December 4, 1946, in Portland, Maine, the youngest of three children. He built his professional life in northern Nevada, where he was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada on September 19, 1977, and went on to practice law in Reno for decades.

Mr. Fowler concentrated his career in corporate law and served as an attorney with the Reno firm of Woodburn and Wedge, one of the state's long-established practices. Through that work he advised business and corporate clients across Nevada, earning a reputation as a dedicated member of the Reno legal community.

John Palmer Fowler died on April 4, 2019, at the age of 72, after a two-and-a-half-year battle with brain cancer. He is remembered for his long service to Nevada's bar and to the clients he represented throughout his career.
