Cory G. Walker

Cory Glen Walker built his legal foundation on a strong academic record, earning a B.A. in Philosophy in 2006 from Brigham Young University with minors in Logic and Humanities, and publishing a paper titled "Work, Worship, and Grace" in The FARMS Review. He went on to study at the University of Michigan Law School from 2006 until 2009, entering the profession during the difficult post-2008 legal job market.

He began his career in Las Vegas, where he served as an interim law clerk for the Honorable Lloyd D. George. In 2010 he joined the law firm Littler Mendelson as an associate, and in 2019 he was elevated to shareholder in the firm. He was a leading attorney on a successful case before the Supreme Court in 2014, a highlight of his labor and employment practice.

In April 2020 he broadened his career by joining Harvest Health and Recreation - later known as Trulieve - where he served as Senior Counsel for Labor and Employment. Known for his quick wit, warmth, and dedication to serving others, Cory left a lasting legacy among the colleagues, clients, and family who knew him.
