Matthew Lee Nebeker

Matthew Lee Nebeker was born September 9, 1970, in Bountiful, Utah, the youngest son of Lee and Dixie Nebeker. He graduated from Roy High School in 1988 and then served four years in the United States Armed Forces, deployed in Germany and later in Saudi Arabia during the Desert Storm conflict, returning home with an honorable discharge. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Technical Sales from Weber State University in June 1997.

Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in May 2003. He began his legal career at the firm of Kelly Cardon and Associates in Ogden, Utah, and built a successful practice focused on DUI defense, becoming widely known as "Mr. DUI." Committed to advancing his craft, he was a member of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc., and earned the ACS-CHAL Lawyer-Scientist designation in 2015. He was known for his inventive approach to serving and reaching clients throughout his career.

In 2019, Matthew studied for and passed the Nevada Bar, expanding his practice to Nevada, where he served clients in the Las Vegas area and made his home in Henderson. He continued to practice DUI defense across both Nevada and Utah. Matthew Lee Nebeker passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 52. He is remembered as a talented, dedicated, and caring attorney and family man.
