Michael L Hermes

Michael L. Hermes was born April 11, 1968, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He graduated from Premontre High School in 1985 and went on to attend Marquette University before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1992.

Michael began his law career in Las Vegas in 1992, where he was admitted to practice. In 1997 he returned to Green Bay, where he continued to practice law, and in 2009 he founded his own firm, Hermes Law, Ltd. As an attorney he was particularly proud of his team's ongoing work on the Fox River clean-up case. He also served as past chairperson of the St. Vincent Hospital Institutional Review Board and sat on the Brown County Planning Commission Board of Directors.

A survivor of Hodgkin's Disease, Michael drew on his own experience to found Connect Inc., a Cancer Concierge dedicated to helping others affected by cancer. He died August 14, 2012, at the age of 44.
