Michael Patrick Golden

Michael Patrick Golden was born on October 3, 1946, in San Diego. He attended Saint Augustine High School in San Diego and Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, before earning his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, graduating in 1976.

Over the course of his legal career, Golden built a diverse practice across Nevada, practicing law in Reno, Pahrump, Tonopah, and Las Vegas. He served as a Nye County Deputy District Attorney and worked as a Referee for the Nevada Workers Compensation. In private practice, he spent the last 15 years of his life at Riddle and Associates.

Beyond the law, Golden was an avid golfer who lettered in the sport in high school and college, and he was an accomplished competitive sailor. He passed away on March 24, 2011.
