Nick A. Moschetti Jr

Nick Albert Moschetti, Jr. was born January 16, 1944. He began his education at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was recognized as Outstanding Plebe Cadet. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Nevada, Reno, a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, and an MBA in taxation from Golden Gate University.

Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada on September 16, 1974, Mr. Moschetti built a wide-ranging legal career in the Reno area. Over the years he held positions with the University of Nevada, the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners - where he served as an Administrative Law Judge - Golden Gate University, and the firm of Moschetti & Lessly. He also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Counsel, and Human Resources Director in the private sector, bringing his tax and administrative law expertise to complex business matters.

In 2010 Mr. Moschetti founded his own private practice, concentrating on wills, trusts, and estate planning as well as federal and state taxation, staying current with evolving tax decisions and estate planning developments. His decades of professional accomplishment were recognized with inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in 2023. Mr. Moschetti passed away on February 18, 2026, in Reno, Nevada.
