Robert M Buckalew

Robert Mosher Buckalew was born in Fresno, California, on August 28, 1927. After completing law school, he brought his family to Las Vegas, where he built his career in the practice of law and became well known throughout Nevada in the legal profession.

He was one of the original attorneys of the firm Lionel, Sawyer and Collins, one of Nevada's most prominent law practices. Over the course of his career he earned a lasting reputation among his colleagues across the state.

Following his retirement, Robert divided his time between his home in Las Vegas and his cabin in Jarbidge, Nevada. An avid outdoorsman from his youth, he devoted his leisure hours to big game hunting and golf. He passed away on August 25, 2003.
