Ronald G. Barron

Ronald G. Barron, of Las Vegas, was born on October 7, 1940, in Pennsylvania and made his home in Southern Nevada for the last 18 years of his life. Over the course of his career he served the legal community as an attorney and later as a judge, joining the Nevada bar during the era of his admission in October 1987.

Beyond the bench and the bar, Mr. Barron was a veteran of the United States Air Force, service that preceded his years in the law. He was also an active member of the Filipino Bisayan Society, reflecting his ties to the wider Las Vegas community he called home.

Mr. Barron died on December 4, 2004, at the age of 64. He was survived by two daughters, Elizabeth and Samantha; a brother, Melvin Goldstein; and a sister, Susan Alpert.
