Rose Marie Reynolds - November 10, 1963 to October 10, 2016
Rose Marie Reynolds was born November 10, 1963, in Logan, Utah, and spent her teenage years in Florida, where she graduated with honors from Lake Brantley High School and received the Brown University Book Award. She went on to Brigham Young University, graduating with honors in English literature, and then attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she wrote and edited for the BYU Law Review.
Following law school, Rose Marie clerked for the Federal court in Washington, D.C. She later settled in Las Vegas, where she practiced with a private law firm before joining the Nevada Attorney General's office as a deputy attorney general. In that role she served as an attorney to the Nevada Equal Rights Commission.
Away from her legal work, Rose Marie was known for her love of travel, literature, British film, word puzzles, and handcrafted gifts. She passed away in Las Vegas on October 10, 2016, at the age of 52.
