Stephen L. Weiss

Stephen Lawrence "Steve" Weiss, Esq., was a Las Vegas attorney who practiced in Nevada for more than two decades. Born June 5, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York, he graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas before earning his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in May 1993, entering the Nevada bar shortly thereafter.

Mr. Weiss built a thriving practice in Las Vegas, first alongside his cousin Paul at the firm of Weiss and Weiss. He later joined the firm of Vannah and Vannah, as well as Golightly and Associates. A member of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, he was known and respected among his colleagues and clients throughout the Las Vegas legal community.

Beyond his legal career, Steve was widely regarded as generous and charitable, remembered as a devoted friend and mentor to many. He passed away November 13, 2015, at his home in Henderson, Nevada, at the age of 52, and is remembered by his many friends, associates, and clients.
