Timothy R. Titolo

Timothy Robert Titolo was born on March 9, 1962, in Rockville Centre, New York. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University in 1983 before pursuing a career in law, graduating with his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 1988. That same year he passed the Nevada bar and established his own practice, Titolo Law, in Las Vegas.

Over a legal career spanning 37 years, Timothy dedicated his practice to personal injury litigation. He focused in particular on cases involving traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury, as well as those arising from auto, motorcycle, and truck accidents, advocating for injured clients throughout his years in Nevada.

Beyond the law, Timothy pursued a deep interest in theology, earning a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2022. He remained an active member of the Nevada legal community until his death on April 25, 2025, at the age of 63.
