William J. Wray

William Joseph Wray was born on February 21, 1963, in Moreland, Idaho. Highly intelligent and a lifelong lover of learning, he earned his undergraduate degree from Pace University and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at St. John's Law School in New York City. Family and friends recalled that his compassion for others and his strong sense of justice were what led him toward his career as an attorney.

Mr. Wray was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada on April 4, 1996, holding bar number 5834, and he built his legal career in Las Vegas, where he practiced for the remainder of his life. His work focused on construction litigation, and he was recognized as a Nevada Super Lawyer in 2020 - a distinction reflecting the respect he earned within the state's legal community.

William J. Wray passed away on October 2, 2024, at the age of 61. Remembered for his intelligence, generosity, and easy humor, he is honored by his family, friends, and colleagues as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose dedication to fairness marked both his profession and his life.
